I am an energetic healer. Nurturing bodies and spirits who seek balanced wellness, is my life path. Utilizing the energies of earth and the cosmic cycles, I hold space for my clients’ healing requests. As a bodywork practitioner my trainings span 20+ years.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse I transitioned into this bodywork practice after 10 years of direct care nursing as an LPN. During my nursing years, I spent many hours working within the homebirth community as an assistant to Midwives.
As a lifelong learner, I am always seeking deeper understanding of how the physical body houses, the Spirit, and how knowing both body and spirit intimately helps humanity move through the stories attached to life’s experiences.
I am the mother of seven beautiful beings. I flow in the awareness of gratitude for the experiences that life has offered, and the path of healing, which continues to unfold. I recognize the patterns of healing we undergo in our lifetime as an unfolding of our own inner truth. Spirit is always returning us to our heart’s center. I recognize the role that mental, emotional, and spiritual balance play in being able to move forward with healing the wounds we carry from the experiences in this life as well as the cellular stories we hold from previous generations.
